For Items Sent By Registered Post:
In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost, damaged or significantly different to the Item Description, I will replace the item at my expense if an acceptable substitute is available. Otherwise, I will reimburse the purchase price plus the postage. To qualify for this guarantee please communicate with me on the same day you receive the damaged item and, if necessary, follow my instructions for returning the parcel to your Post Office.
For Items Sent By Regular Mail:
I cannot guarantee against any loss or breakage that occurs while in transit.
