Convience is one word to sum this pocket guide up. It has a listing of restaurants in the back of the book that you can eat at and suggestions on what to eat. It also has the majority of the diet book and some guides what to be eating day to day. If you do not want to buy all the books, buy this one. This diet has helped me lose 52lbs to date :) (3/16/10)
It has full lists of what to buy, and when to eat what and everything, but it's not like "If you don't do this, you'll be fat!!!" NO!!! It's only strict for the first 4 days then after that, very leaniant. I would definently recommend it!!!!!!!
