Mini reflector, Honeycomb, Softbox , Barn door, Snoot , Grobe diffuser can be changed for your different lighting purpose, and it just need a few second by changing them.

Honeycomb : Precise and direct light out put
Rectangular Softbox : soft and even light distribution
Barn Door : control spread of light
Conical Snoot : create spot effect
Mini-Reflector : Soften the light
Grobl-Diffuser : creast soft and even diffused light to the widest area.
