Payment within 7 days would be appreciated but if there is a problem with payment after purchase please contact us so we can agree to some sort of arrangement.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal but if sending payment via bank deposit please quote your user name as a reference to help us find your payment quickly, please also bear in mind that it can take up to 5 days for your direct deposit to reach our account.

We will let you know via email when your payment has been received and when your item has been picked up by our couriers.

Shipping Details

We carefully pack all items and courier them within 24 hours of your payment being received. We use Couriers Please for most consignments Australia wide, however, very small items maybe sent via Australia Post. If you require registered post please let us know.

Tracking numbers are available for all orders providing they are sent via courier or registered post. Please note that our couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you have a PO Box listed please contact us with a home or work address.

We offer fixed price courier costs to all major cities, however, if you live outside of these areas and especially WA, the NT or Northern Qld areas please contact us for postage quotes.
