STEDI offers a 12 month warranty on all products. It is important to note that our goods are intended for use in private and household use. Like many other large retailers, products used for commercial purposes come with a 1 month warranty.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear, neglect or misuse or if the item was used in manner outside of its intended purpose. We will be unable to honour any warranty claims in the event that it is found that the item has been tampered with or if the items maintenance schedule was not adhered to.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. With that said we would like our online customers to shop with confidence, which is why we offer exchange or refund in the event you change your mind. However, all returns requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests should be made by emailing us using at firstname.lastname@example.org, and using “Return Request” within the subject field.
When your return is received, and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels and original packaging is unopened, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of returning your item will be borne by you.
We take every possible step to ensure that your item is in 100% working order when you receive it. This includes testing prior to packaging at a manufacturing level, and one last time by our warehouse team prior to dispatching. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so if your item is faulty our policy is as follows:
- You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major fault.
- If the fault is minor and can be repaired within a reasonable time, it is at the seller's discretion to either repair, replace or refund.
- If the fault is major and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, the buyer has the option to choose a refund, repair or replacement.
Definition of Major and Minor faults; A Major fault is a defect that cannot be repaired with a reasonable time. A minor fault is a defect which is easily repairable in a short period of time.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
If your item is dead on arrival (D.O.A) you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement at your discretion. Once you have returned your item, we will email you the outcome of our inspection within 48-72 hours.

- Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without a return authority number.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our STEDI's warehouse. So please take care when packaging the item.
POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
If your item is found to have manufacturers fault, we will reimburse you any reasonable cost in returning the item. In most cases we will arrange for our own courier to collect the item from you. If your item was picked up from our warehouse, it is at the buyer's expense to return the item.
Please note that if it is determined that your item has become defective as a result of misuse, STEDI reserves the right to request any postage expense it may have incurred prior to releasing the goods back to you.
POSTAGE & DISPATCH
Your item will be dispatched the same day your payment has cleared. Please allow up to 3-8 business days for your order to arrive. Most of our items are sent through courier or Australia Post depending on the order and your location. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment, so please ensure your eBay address details are up to date. If your item is bulky our courier will contact you prior delivering your item.
Once your order is despatched we will email you a separate tracking link and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a public holiday or weekends. However, your parcel will be delivered the next nearest business day. The delivery times quoted are for Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas. Please allow more time for remote & rural districts. At peak times there can be delivery delays and you will be kept up to date by our Customer Care.
Please note that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one metre. In such cases it is recommended that you nominate your workplace or any other physical address, by updating your eBay delivery address at checkout.
When we send your item through Australia Post, and you are not home during an attempted delivery, the driver will leave a calling card in your letter box, which can then be used to collect your item at your nearest Australia Post outlet. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance for notification available pick up time and day. A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays
All our items items are available for pickup from our warehouse in Hoppers Crossing, (address provided following purchase).
Pickup procedure is as follows:
1. Purchase the item through eBay
2. Do NOT pay eBay for the item – doing so may result in your iteam being automatically shipped to you. The item can be paid on pickup from our warehouse by Cash only
3. Contact us at email@example.com in advance for notification available pick up time and day.

If you wish to collect your item from our warehouse, please send us message notifying us immediately after your purchase .
