Almost all my buyers are GREAT and appreciate the huge outlay I have made so they can repair their remotes inexpensively however there are a few individuals it seems simply can never be pleased no matter what is done to help them so I have to spell everything out clearly below.

Sale Terms & Payment Information

REMOTE REPAIR BUTTONS:

I do NOT have and have never had complete remotes. I had several molds made for REPAIR BUTTONS and this is what I am selling. Please read the listing CAREFULLY & FULLY but please understand you ARE NOT buying anything other than silicone repair  buttons.

DESCRIPTION & PACKING:

Silicon repair buttons are packed (with installation instructions) in a thin
cellophane packet and posted in a standard, business sized, envelope and sent ordinary post. ALL of them are non-genuine, after market parts that I have had manufactured for me. They are NOT genuine parts (the car manufacturers don't want you fixing the remotes - they want to sell you new ones).

DELIVERY:

I do not profit from post. On almost every sale the postage charge is LESS than it costs me. Registered Post is $3.05 on top of the stamp price and the envelope/bag. Please consider this when looking at postal costs.

I post goods the same day a payment is received if it makes our postal run, the next day if it doesn't. The post office is closed Saturday & Sunday so if you purchase & pay AFTER our postal run on Friday your goods will not be posted until Monday. eBay automatically sends you an email to let you know when I have posted your goods - please take note of this.

I am in Far North Queensland and the post 'normally' only takes a few working days to reach most Australian destinations. With that said, I can only post promptly (which I always do) and the rest is up to Australia Post. The Aust. Post website says that delivery of ordinary letters CAN take as long as 21 WORKING days - that's a month!

It is pretty pointless sending me a message through eBay "I haven't received my item" after a week - I have no idea where it is and you will simply have to be patient and allow "up to 21 WORKING days".

It is also pretty silly to expect that a sale for less than $20 will be sent by any trackable method unless you wish to pay extra. If you are unhappy with the delivery time then you can always take this up with Aust. Post as it has nothing to do with me.

With the more expensive repair pads I have no choice but to send them registered at the buyers cost. Prior to doing this one in every ten posted "went missing" in the post BUT not a single one was EVER returned to me.

Warranty

Goods MUST be returned at buyers cost for any warranty consideration. Note the description carefully.
