Postage Methods

For the majority of our orders we will ship your order via Australia Post. If your order is too bulky or heavy for standard postage we will engage another postage provider to deliver your order. A signature is required for all courier deliveries.

International Orders

When should I expect my item?

You should expect your order within 7-10 business days of payment being cleared, although we are constantly striving to deliver your order in the earliest possible timeframe.

Do you combine shipping?
If you purchase multiple items within a 48 hour all of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Other shipping information

As per our terms and conditions of sale, we will dispatch all items within 5 days of payment. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. You will be able to make arrangements with the transport company to collect the goods. Tools R Us is not responsible for second deliveries and any associated fees for the redelivery. If the item was sent via Australia Post, the item will be available for collection from your local post office.

Tools R Us is in no way responsible for shipping delays once goods have left our premises. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are more than happy to directly attend to any freight problems.

Warranty and Returns policy

Warranty Periods

All products sold by ToolsRus are covered by a nationwide manufacturer's warranty. The duration of the warranty period is specified on each product listing and differs depending on the item and manufacturer. Approval for warranty claims will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the manufacturer.

Most warranty claims can be dealt with directly via the manufacturer, all you need is a copy of your invoice. You can also approach any authorised retailer who will also be able to submit your warranty claim to the manufacturer.

For further information regarding the individual manufacturer's terms and conditions, please visit the relevant company's website.

Unfortunately no special consideration can be given to claims placed outside of the warranty period and direct contact will need to be made with the relevant manufacturer.

Note: There are no warrantys on cutting tools
