Shipping costs $6.50 for all deliveries made within Australia. Orders for multiple books can be combined into the one shipping cost. Please note that you may need to request an invoice in order for us to manually combine your order.
All items are subject to a 2-4 working day handling period before they are dispatched. We will notify all customers via email once their order has shipped. Standard deliveries are made by AusPost from our Sydney warehouse. Once the order has shipped, deliveries to major cities generally take 1-5 working days to arrive. Deliveries to all other areas will require customers to allow a longer timeframe as stipulated by AusPost delivery timeframes. View AusPost delivery timeframes.
If you wish to return an item, please consult our Returns Policy as below:
- Please ensure that you contact Customer Services and request a Returns Authorisation before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted.
- If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 10 business days of delivery.
- After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.
- Returns must be in resellable condition.
- Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk. The Nile does not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit.
- Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid.
- Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returns. The fee is 20% of the purchase price ($10 maximum).
