Adelaide Parts is an authorised Hyundai agent. You can buy with confidence that your product is covered by Hyundai Motor Companies 12 month / 20,000km limited replacement warranty. In the event of a warranty being required present your vehicle and / or your faulty product to a Hyundai authorised service centre along with your receipt and kilometres elapsed for a warranty replacement. Some select products come with a more comprehensive warranty coverage, this will be listed above if applicable.

All items are packaged with care to ensure your item arrives in good condition. All freight charges are charged at what it costs with a basic guide of up to 1kg in a basic satchel and up to 5kg in a large satchel. All satchels are sent Australian Air Express. Heavier and bulky items are sent via road freight at the adhoc cost. All postage prices are quoted to ship within Australia. International buyers please ask for price before buying.

In order to keep freight costs down we authorise our carriers to leave the parcel if no-one is at home. Please ensure someone is available at the address and/or the address supplied is correct to avoid lost parcels. A redirection service is available at checkout for an extra $9.90 if you would rather sign for the item. All items will be sent with tracking details as standard, if you would like to track your item please message us and we will provide the tracking number. Please ensure your PayPal address is correct as we will only ship to the address displayed on PayPal. This protects both parties (buyer and seller) in the event of a dispute arising from the contradicting policies of Paypal and Ebay.

Adelaide Parts only accepts PayPal so as to protect both the buyer and the seller. This also allows us to spend less time with administration and more time sourcing better value products and packing and shipping them to you in a timely and efficient manner. You can collect your parcel from our warehouse however it needs to be paid for up front via paypal.

Non-payment within 7 days will result in a claim and dispute being lodged with ebay & bad feedback. If you are experiencing difficulty in paying please notify us so we can hold your purchase accordingly.

We endeavour to ship all items as quickly as possible, yet on the odd occasion that there may be a delay due to stock issues or the like we will notify you of any delays as soon as we can.
