ALL RETURNS: Items must be in original unused condition, in their original boxes, with all packaging and tags included. Original sales docket must be included as well.
EXCHANGE: Please contact first for clear instructions. All postage must be paid by the buyer, both to return to us and back to you.
REFUND: Please contact first. Return postage paid by the buyer, a $15.00 re stocking fee for shoes and $10 for thongs and small goods will be applied for a return for refund.
