• 2. All deliveries are arranged by seller. For pick-up or visit us, please contact us to make an appointment.

• 3. All deliveries will be shipped by Australia Post eParcel with tracking number and signature. Freight cost and terms & conditions are not negotiable.

• 4. The tyres postage price calculated by total weight and postcode, affordable and reasonable.

• 5. Faulty items will be offered a replacement or refund, depends on your choice. Refund will be given if stocks are not available. Postage is NOT refundable. We are not responsible for the tyre damaged caused by the wrong installaion.

• 6. This item comes with 10,000 kilometers warranty.

• 3. All items sent via Aus Post or other freight company are always carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will lodge inquiry with Australia Post Office or the freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalized. In such an event please allow up to 4 week for the investigation to be processed.
