Q: What happens if I am not home when the courier arrived?
A: If you are unavailable to sign for an item when the courier arrives, a card will be left at your door and the item will be returned to the depot. The card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number, as well as what you need to do to arrange for redelivery of the item. Buyers will be responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Q: How does the transit insurance work?
A: If you select transit insurance for your purchase during checkout, any item lost or damaged during transit will be covered. If you have authorised us to leave your items at an unattended premises, transit insurance cover ceases once goods are delivered to the premises.
Q: How much is transit insurance and how do I add it to my final ebay transaction?
A: Transit insurance is a flat rate of $2.00 per tyre. All you have to do is add the additional insurance cost on to your postage cost. If you request a final invoice, make sure you advise us not to include the transit insurance in your comment; otherwise we will add the insurance for you.
Q: Should I include transit insurance?
A: This is optional, but for peace of mind we highly recommended it.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Pick up can be arranged by appointment. Location may vary depending on which product you are ordering. You will have to purchase and pay for the item prior to pick up. Please contact seller.
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified later than this period. Only unused products that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return.
Credit amount will be calculated as follow: Total Amount - Postage Cost - Insurance (if applicable) = Refund Amount
Some items/special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer's policy. If they are accepted they may incur a 20% handling charge.
All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers eBay user id, Full Name, Contact number, Address and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.
All tyres sold by ITT have warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tyre manufacturers' control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship.
Conversely, none of the limited tyre warranties cover conditions that are not considered to have been within the tyre manufacturers' control, including irregular wear attributed to a lack of tyre maintenance or vehicle condition, damage due to accidents, vandalism or being driven on while flat.
Out of balance or out of round adjustments will only be accepted during the first 1mm of original tread depth. Original usable tread is defined as the original tread down to 1.6mm remaining tread, at which time the product is considered worn-out.
When the product is judged defective, pro-rata compensation will be made for the remaining tread depth against the original tread depth.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, showing the Full Name, Contact number and Address.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or EFT, we will refund by cheque to the billing address.
