We have a 14 day return policy; you must contact us 14 days after receiving your item no exceptions. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Returns must be in the original packaging, with all manufacture tags. There should be no animal fur, writing or stickers on the products. Buyer pays return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may applies to returns for a refund. International buyers: Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling.
