If the reasons above are causes for returns/refunds, DC Trade will ask that you send the item back in its original packaging with all contents.

Once item has been received and inspected, a refund along with postage will be offered to buyer.

If however you wish to return the item because

1. You do not wish to keep the item anymore
2. Shipment took up to 3 days longer than expected
