If goods found faulty or defective on receipt, item may be returned within 14 days of purchase for inspection. Merchandise credit to the full purchase price and free shipping for replacement item will then be offered if item is assessed to have been supplied in defective condition. Assessment will be made at MandoHarp Australia's discretion. Please allow 5 business days for inspection. Buyer to bear initial shipping costs of return which will be refunded if item found faulty.
