We ONLY ship to Australian addresses.
Most items will be shipped via Australia Post or TNT depending on weight and size.
All items are covered by transit insurance.
There is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Items will be dispatched within 2-5 business days after your payment is received and cleared.
Combined shipping is available on certain items.
Please check the shipping status of the item you intend to purchase is "Free Freight", "Freight-on" or "Pick-up only".
Your Westpoint Autos item will be dispatched at no additional charge (cost of delivery is included in our price)
Freight charges are not included in the price of the item and will be added to the invoice for payment. For "Pick-up Only" items, please call (07) 3710-5494 to pre-arrange an agreed time to collect your item. You'll need proof of purchase such as a print out of your transaction on eBay or copy of you payment confirmation from Paypal, before being able to collect your item from our warehouse.
All Westpoint Autos brand new parts have a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect or faulty item contacts us at ebay message system and please include a photo of the item (or part) within 7 days to obtain a Return Authority. We will arrange a swift exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate. In the case of a faulty item we offer a full refund and will reimburse the cost of return postage.
Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a dealer or a non-authorised workshop as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty
If you are not happy with any Westpoint Autos item, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days, and we will give you a refund. (Sorry but shipping costs are non-refundable).
- All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase
- Original appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs
- All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund
