The majority of our products are shipped Australia wide utilising Australia Post. We will, however, at times use other courier & freight companies to ensure you receive your goods quickly.
We keep the majority of our products in stock. In instances where goods are out of stock and there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you. All goods are shipped with a trackable consignment note.
Large, bulky and dangerous goods require extra handling time and can take longer to ship. In most instances, they can not be shipped to a PO Box.

Warranty & Returns
Please ensure you check your items upon receipt.
The majority of our product range is covered by an Australia Wide manufacturers warranty. These warranties vary from product to product, manufacturer to manufacturer. Goods subject to warranty claims and repairs are to be returned to the location as nominated by us. Freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer for shipment to the authorised repair agent. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Should you need to return an item, please notify us within 4 days of receipt of the goods. All returns to us need to be accompanied with the Customer Credit Authorisation Form & reference the Return Authority Number. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the case where goods have been incorrectly supplied, then the HALLS nominated freight carrier is to be used.
Items returned for refunds without exchange, will incur a 15% restocking fee to assist with covering costs associated with the transaction. The customer will be responsible for postage involved with the transaction.
