1. What do you charge for SHIPPING?

You can choose between $8.95 Standard post (delivery within 3 to 7 business days) or $14.95 Express post (delivery within 1 to 2 business days). These are flat rate charges no matter how large your order is.

2. I need the item ASAP , do you do Express Delivery?

Yes we do!  All "InStock" items can be sent by Express Post Australia wide if you click on Express Post at the checkout page.  If your delivery postcode is within the Express area specified by Australia Post, you will receive your item within 2 business days.  If your delivery postcode is outside of the Express area, you will receive your item within 2-3 working days.  You can check if you are in the Express area and estimate your delivery time by checking the EXPRESS POST SCHEDULE. There is a $14.95 flat rate charge for all orders placed.

PLEASE NOTE; We have 3 different types of product status...

  • * INSTOCK NOW! - this means the stock is in our warehouse & can be shipped to you Standard or Express Post.
  • * DELIVERED 5 to 7 DAYS - this means that we are low on stock of this particular item & the stock has been ordered or is in transit from our supplier. These products cannot be shipped to you via Express Post.
  • * PRE-ORDER NOW - this means that we have a new line coming which you can pre-order to ensure you get the product as soon as we get it.

The above 3 status are clearly marked underneath each product on our website.

3. Can you post my order today?

Yes we can for all "InStock" Items!  All orders placed before 2.00pm Brisbane time between Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be posted on the same day.  Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be posted first thing on Monday.  Service excludes public holidays. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0755915544 if you need your order posted that day & it is after 2pm.

4. Can I pick up my item or arrange my own courier?

Yes, pick-ups are available from our warehouse at
Shop 16,  The Brickworks Annexe, Number 19 Warehouse Rd, Southport, QLD, 4215 - Mon Fri from 9am till 5pm, Sat 10am till 3pm.
We can also organise a same day delivery courier service to Gold Coast, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Orders must be placed by 11am from Monday to Friday. Please call us on 0755915544 so we can arrange an estimate of the cost & delivery time.

5. Where will my order be posted from?

All items are posted from our Gold Coast warehouse.

6. My item did not arrive in time for the intended event, can I return it for an exchange or refund?

Yes,simply go to our refund page on our website & from there you will be guided through the process.

7. What postage services are available?

We only use Fastway & Australia Post "Standard & Express" to deliver items.  No other services are available.

8. Is postage insurance available?

We offer insurance at an additional $2.50 per $100 of goods.

9. Can I track my parcel?

You can track Australia Post/Fastway parcels within 24 hours from the time they are posted.
For all Australia Post parcels go to www.austpost.com.au where you can enter your tracking number..
For Fastway, go to www.fastway.com.au were you can enter your tracking number.

10. Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes, we can deliver to your workplace, home or PO Box (Australia only) as well as to country and regional areas.  If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, a workplace name is required.

11. My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?

Parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted.  You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.

12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

For all New Zealand orders, a flat rate of $17.95 AUD is charged. For any bulky items further charges may apply. If this is the case one of our team will contact you before we process your order to advise you off any additional charges.Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery.

All NZ orders will be despatched on the same day Monday to Friday prior to 2pm. We do not despatch on Saturday & Sundays.

Returns & Exchanges

Delta & her Team all love to dress up but understand that from time to time deciding on and purchasing a Costume can be a bit stressful. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for you through accurate photographs, descriptions & size charts so that the purchase process is as much fun as the party that you go to!!

However we also understand that things don't always go as planned, the sizing is wrong, been a change of plans, the product wasn't what you expected it to be or you just changed your mind. At Deltas, our goal is make to sure we get it right for you so all you have to do is worry about getting to your party on time :)

1/ How do I process a return?.

Our 30 day return warranty/policy gives you heaps of time to return any product back to us. You can return your product for a refund or an exchange by following these steps…..

  1. 1. CLICK HERE to take you to our Return request page.
  2. 2. Once you have completed a returns request, the request will be authorised within 48 hrs. Once you have received your authorisation email back, it will have a link to PARCELPOINT. They offer a FLAT RATE COST of $8.50 for up to 10kg, you will be able to purchase this on their site and generate a label & then drop it off at one of their many convenient locations. Full tracking is included in the price.
  3. 3. If you decide not to use PARCELPOINT you can still generate a label to use with Australia Post & you will have to pay for this when you lodge the parcel at any Australia Post location.
  4. 4. Please note; if you decide not to use PARCELPOINT you will then need to send your return using a traceable postage method to the address provided on your authorisation email. This so both you & Delta can track the order at any given time.
  5. 5. International Customers do not have the ability to use PARCELPOINT or Australia Post but must use a trackable method of posting the goods back to Delta

2/ How should I package my return?

Follow these 4 steps to help your product get back to Delta safely. This applies to Australian & International customers.

  1. 1. Place your product/s in the original packaging that it arrived in, this should include all cardboard inserts, hangers & all parts that came with the product/s.
  2. 2. Put all of your item/s into the original postage packaging that it arrived in or if this is not possible place in suitable new packaging such as a cardboard box, plastic satchel or envelope.
  3. 3. Place your returns label over the original delivery label - we want your product to get back to Delta & not come back to you :)
  4. 4. Lodge the parcel at a PARCELPOINT pick up point or your nearest Post Office.

3/ URGENT wrong sizing/change of mind returns

Your items have arrived & the sizing is wrong, you don't like it or you simply have decided on another product but you need it exchanged quickly? Follow these simple steps.

  1. 1. Re-order your new product asap. We are available on Live Web Chat, email or phone to assist you with this.
  2. 2. If you need this item within the next 2 days select the Express Shipping option.
  3. 3. Complete a Returns Request by CLICKING HERE & follow the steps in sections 1 & 2 of this page
  4. 4. Once we receive the product back we will refund you.

My item is not what I ordered or is faulty/damaged

Due to Australian Health Regulations we do not accept returns on underwear & hosiery unless they are faulty. Please choose carefully when selecting & purchasing these items.

Please note some costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control as the manufacturer does not always notify us & we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. As part of our 30 day hassle free return/warranty policy, you can return any item that doesn't meet your full satisfaction.

Most costumes are not designed for everyday wear or hire-store use. Damage due to overuse, rough treatment or general wear and tear or alterations are not covered by warranty.

Bulk or Special orders are non returnable unless there is a fault in any of the goods supplied.
