Product returns are accepted if we are contacted within 7 days of customer receipt. Product must be shipped back to us, at buyer’s expense, within 45 days. The product must be in exactly the same condition as we sent it out. Buyer pays return freight. If the item is defective or not as described, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price in full.  Product must arrive back to us pre-paid freight for inspection prior to our final decision on refund.
