Delivery

What is the condition of your item? Will I receive a sealed product?

All of our products are Brand New. They are shipped in protective mailer and produced and printed to a high standard. The mailers are then sealed and shipped out. The actual CD-ROM is not sealed but they are Brand New and have never been used.

All of our discs are electronically verified so they are unlikely to be blank. Windows based computers CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drivers over time and usage can become corrupted or out of date. This can cause discs to show as blank even if they are not. Please make sure you download the latest drivers for your disc drive or use the fixes that Windows offer at their website. It is also possible to reinstall your drivers quickly and easily without the need of any installation discs.
