We have a "No Reason Required" return policy. We fully understand the difficulties in making on-line purchases and, in addition to thoroughly checking all stamps and describing any faults, we provide a full refund in case of any return within 14 days from receipt of stamp.
We extend extensions for certifications on individual stamps but do require notification within 14 days of purchasing the stamp to ensure we can pay our consignors as quickly as possible for any sold stamps.
