Everything we sell comes with a 3 month warranty. We generally just post you a replacement.

Final cut-off for Australian express orders before Christmas is Monday 17th at 9am ACDT. Anything ordered Express after this date WILL NOT arrive before Christmas. The post office has NEVER been able to deliver express parcels 'next business day' the week before Christmas, so do not rely on it! (non-express cut-off was the 10th December, international cut-off was 26th Novemeber)

Our last post for the year will be on Wednesday the 19th December, these parcels will probably arrive between Boxing Day and New Years (Express) and after New Years (non-Express, international). Any remaining orders will be actioned first-in-first-out from Wednesday Janurary the 2nd.
