WHAT IS IT?

This guided meditation called “Total Relaxation” is what I have created for you to help you to learn to immerse yourself in total relaxation. We cope with so much information during our normal day and learning to ignore or block out the never ending internal chatter can be so overwhelming sometimes. Learn how to relax every part of your mind, body and soul using this guided meditation to achieve total relaxation. Healing occurs much faster without stress and this is an ideal way to minimise stress and allow yourself permission to take time out for yourself to indulge in the sounds of soothing bliss with a soft deep vocal guided meditation. Total Relaxation is the second of 10 guided meditations with music in the Meditation Series 1.
