Where do we Ship? We ship to nearly all countries. If your country is not on the list, please email us. We're glad to work out the shipping method with you. For some countries, we only offer USPS International Priority Mail.

When do we Ship? All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours via USPS from CENTRALLY located Dallas, TX. Orders are normally received 2 - 4 days after shipment.

Packaging: All orders are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes tested at 200 lbs per square inch. We don't take any shortcuts!

International Orders: Please be PATIENT, THANK YOU. Average shipping time for International orders is 2 to 4 weeks. However, some International orders may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. It is up to the Customs Office in your country when they want to release the shipment, and we have NO control over that. USPS tracking information is NOT available when package leaves United States borders. Customer will be responsible for lost or stolen mail in international countries once the package has been shown to leave the United States.
