Carriage & Delivery Times:-UK orders sent 1st class should arrive within a few days.
UK orders sent 2nd class should arrive within 3-5 days.

Unfortunately there are occasions when this may not happen. Royal mail consider an item to be lost after 15 working days.

Before contacting me to inform that your item has not arrived firstly please contact your local sorting office and check if they are holding an item. There are many occasions where items are taken to the sorting office without cards being left through doors.

Refunds or Replacements will not be sent out till the 15th working day.

Carriage:

Small items (handles cables rollers, etc) are posted Royal Mail 2nd class recorded and will require a signature

Large/heavy items (garage door operators,ect) are dispatch via next day courier and will require a signature

If this will not be possible please contact me to arrange a specific day, or alturnate delivery address. Saturday delivery available upon request but are more expensive.
