Shipping Methods:

We use Australia Post E-Parcel for all items smaller than 1metre long and 30kg in weight. TNT Road Freight is used for larger items.  All deliveries are registered and required a signature.  If you miss the delivery Australia Post items can be collected from your local Post Office and can organise a re-delivery at a more convenient time.  We only use our own carriers and cannot use customers freight carriers.


Shipping Times:
 Due to the nature of our business, shipping times can vary between 5-15 business days.  We do have an express service available for some products.
