We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same as our description and specifications, although sometimes differences do occur. All genuinely faulty goods will be replaces subject to stock levels, in the event of an item being out of stock a full refund will be issued. Replacement goods or refunds will not be dispatched or issued until receipt of any faulty goods. Customers are responsible for all items until they are received by Darktop. Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with our returns form) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked. Please inform us in writing, within 5 days of receipt, your intension to cancel, we will then provide a returns form containing details of where to return an item. In the event of the customer returning items that are not faulty for any reason, we will only accept returns if the buyer ships the item back at their own expense. Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used in any way. We can only replace faulty items with identical products so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The Darktop guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. By placing a bid or buying an item customers agree with all our terms and conditions. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
