If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. Billy Guyatts will pay all freight charges. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in its original condition.
Warranty Claims
Warrantable Items. A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This is often the case in brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products.
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, please contact them immediately and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or contact details please feel free to contact us.
Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If you receive a product that you think is defective, you are to immediately contact our Customer Service Team who may provisionally determine whether the product is defective. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective product.
For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged, including the outer packaging. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit on your Billy Guyatts account for the product amount only (excludes delivery).
If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, refuse to replace the product or offer a refund.
How to request a return for defective or DOA items
1. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. Our Customer Experience Team will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with a Reply Paid address. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us.
2. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately. Billy Guyatts is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us.
3. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advise you of the outcome.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

What is eParcel Post?
eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at www.eparcel.com.au
How it works
Each parcel carries a barcoded address label which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.
Your eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email. To track your order just enter your eParcel number into the website www.eparcel.com.au
The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Large Items:
Allied Express and Direct from Manufacturer(for items over 20kg or over 1 metre in length)
Where items exceed 20kg or greater than 1 metre in length, a more specialised delivery service is required. Allied Express dedicate themselves to an Australia-wide delivery service for large items. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your goods are despatched. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. Parcels are collected from our warehouse on a daily basis (Monday to Friday).
When the item has reached its final depot location, Allied Express will call to advise that it is ready for delivery. They will organise a date for delivery with you over the phone. Please ensure that you provide your phone number to enable them to contact you during business hours. Allied Express will not be able to nominate a time for the delivery, so if you are not planning to be home on the date of delivery, they will request your authority to deliver and leave the product at a location nominated by you.
One of our product suppliers will call you to advise that your product is ready for delivery. They will organise a date for delivery with you over the phone. Please ensure that you provide your phone number to enable them to contact you during normal business hours. These manufacturers will not be able to nominate a time for the delivery, so if you are not planning to be home on the date of delivery, they will request your authority to deliver and leave the product at a location nominated by you.
For extremely large item deliveries the manufacturers vehicle will be equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, and the driver will have a trolley to ensure that your item can be safely delivered to your door. It is important to ensure that the product is able to fit through your door prior to delivery. If the item is too large to fit, additional delivery costs may be charged.

You can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 565 505 and we will change your delivery address as requested. if we have already processed your order we may not be able to change your address.
What happens if you are not home to accept delivery?
If we find your home is unattended then smaller products delivered through Australia Post will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Office and a collection notice will be left in your letterbox or under your front door. Large orders will be delivered via Allied Express or product suppliers and they will request your authority to deliver and leave the product at a location nominated by you if you are not home on the agreed delivery date.
