Warranty
We provide 2 different kinds of Return Authorisation (warranty) after sale: DOA and normal RA. For DOA items: we
provide 7 days Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty on hardware supplied. DOA
item will be exchanged within 7 days of our invoice date.
Customers
claiming DOA must return goods in original conditions, full packaging
and with the proof of purchase, subject to NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE on goods
returned. Only exchange is permitted under DOA claim unless otherwise
agreed upon. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty and we only carry the first year.
For normal RA item: All products will be replaced or repaired. It takes approximately 2 weeks. We will replace or repair the item depending on product availability. If
the replacement is not available, a refund of the purchase price will
be issued. Postage, insurance and handling charges are not refundable. No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables.
If
the buyer wants to return an item for warranty purposes, he or she must
first notify us, as we must issue them with an Return Authority
(RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost. Please note: While we try to be as accurate as possible, all images in this listing are for illustration purposes only.
After you win the item, we would like to receive the payment within 3 days, if there is a problem, please contact us via ebay messaging. We accept the following payment methods:

Warranty Returns All
hardware is covered by warranty. Should your product be faulty within
the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures
below.
1. Dead On Arrival (DOA) items: The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
Customers
claiming DOA must return goods in original condition, with full
packaging and proof of purchase, subject to NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. Once approved, we can issue either a replacement or refund.
2. Normal RA item: #For faulty monitors, notebooks and netbooks outside of the DOA period, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly and arrange for a repair. #For
all other hardware returned outside of the DOA period, there is an
approximate 2-3 weeks processing time, after which the unit will be
repaired, or a replacement issued. If stock for a replacement unit is not available, a refund will be issued. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers
wanting to return an item for warranty purposes must first notify us,
as we must open a case and issue them with an Return Material
Authorisation (RMA) number. This number is to be included in the return
shipping label for us to identify the parcel. Buyers are responsible
for the return postage cost.
Postage, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.
No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables. Please contact us if you are having trouble installing your software or activating the license. Change of Mind Returns #If the item has been used, we cannot accept a return.
#If
the item has not been used, but the box opened, we can accept a return
for refund, but may charge a restocking fee depending on the condition
of the item.
