Returns of defective products are accepted within all warranty period that is stated in product description. We ask the buyers to contact us first, report the problem and receive the RMA before returning the product. For products that malfunction upon arrival or were damaged during transportation, returns are accepted for money back within 14 days after delivery. In case the item malfunctions or turns out to be defective, we pay return shipping cost back to our warehouse. We will send a replacement product or issue the refund to the customer at our decision.
In case of buyer’s remorse, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. All products should be returned in the same condition as when received and should include all original materials. Initial shipping and handling fees are the costs of handling and sending of the product to customer and will not be refunded. In case the item sold had "free shipping" , we will refund the amount of purchase, without initial actual shipping costs of the product to the buyer. Restocking fee 10% is applied for sealed merchandise; in some cases we may grant RMA for opened goods. But in this case restocking fee 15% is applied. If the product shows the signs of usage or misses substantial parts we have the right to reject the return. Also we will not be held responsible if the return package is stolen or damaged during delivery.
