These rat traps are an easy and effective way to catch both Roof Rats Rattus rattus which are smaller in size than sewer rats. Simply place the trap in a location that rats are known to frequent, bait the trap, and monitor the trap for captured rats.
The assembly instructions for the trap are as follows:
1.Remove the trap from the package and cut off the plastic cable ties; 2.Place the back wall of the trap in place by hooking the round pieces at the bottom of the wall into the rearmost space on the floor of the trap.
How to set the trap:
1.For best results you may want to bend the bait hook that extends down inside the trap. The bait hook comes out of the packaging straight but it will be much easier to bait the trap if you bend this in a hook shape; 2.Lift the door and place the locking bar on top of the door in front of the loops at the top of the door. This locking bar will fall down in front of the door when the trap is set off thereby locking the trap door; 3.Place bait on the bait hook inside the trap; 4.Hook the trigger pin attached to the door under the clip attached to the bait hook. The pressure of the pins will hold the door open and the trap is set; 5.The trap is triggered by the rat taking the bait off the bait hook

Why are our products so cheap?
We purchase our products in large quantities direct from the respective manufacturers. Many of the items we sell are exactly the same as the brand name companies that purchase from the same manufacturers that we do.
You are buying direct from the Australian distributor so are avoiding the distribution costs of buying from traditional retailers.
Most of our items come in plain packaging so you are not paying for fancy display packaging.
Items are packed using recycled packaging materials so you are not paying for packaging cartons.
Low price does not mean low quality - in our case it means that we saving money through our direct supply chain and you are taking advantage of these savings.
Payment Information
We appreciate quick payment for products purchased. Should payment not be received within 5 days from purchase date then we cannot guarantee that item will be in stock. In such cases you will be entitled to a full refund.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method as it offers flexibility with shipping addresses and often cheaper postage rates as insurance and tracking are optional. Please be sure to only leave your ebay username as the ID for the payment. If you use any other ID then please let us know the details to help us help you avoid shipping delays.
Paypal payments are also very welcome but please make sure that the delivery address is correct in your Paypal account BEFORE you pay for your items as under Paypal rules we can only ship to your listed Paypal address.
Pick Up Information
Pick ups are welcome from our warehouse at Castle Hill in Sydney on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm by prior appointment. ALL pick ups are appointment only so please contact us here at ebay to confirm a time with us before you come by.
Please note that pick ups are cash only on pick up. Due to Paypal seller protection policies Paypal is not an acceptable payment method for pick up items. If you want to use Paypal then items MUST be shipped out and pick up is not available for those transactions.
Shipping and Packaging Information
Transit insurance is NOT included in our listed shipping rates.
We welcome combined shipping discounts so please contact us BEFORE you pay for your items so that we can update your invoice. We dont refund over payment on postage if you checkout before contacting us.
Most items require a signature upon delivery so feel free to provide a work address if that is more convenient for you. Paypal requires that sellers only ship to buyers listed address so please ensure that Paypal shipping address is correct before paying for your items. Sorry but we do not give the delivery company authority to leave your parcel without a signature as we want to ensure that you receive your order.
Your order will be marked as posted here at ebay once sent which should generate an email to you letting you know that your order is on the way.
Items may be sent by courier or Australia Post dependant upon item, costs, and location.
We guarantee that items are in good order when packed and that items are packaged appropriately based upon our experience in packaging these items. If you have specific packaging requirements feel free to contact us before purchase to see if we can accomodate your request. Wherever possible we use recycled packaging materials to cut down on waste and cost.
Items are sent out every Mon, Wed, and Fri so if you do not receive your items within a week of payment then please contact the carrier as per the information in the email sent to you on despatch.
