Shipping
All our items are shipped direct from our store in Sydney, We ship fast 1-2 Business days of cleared payment. We use Australia post Eparcel or standard post for small items, Parcel delivery times for metro areas vary from 1-5 business days, some regional W.A areas may take up to 10 days. Once your order has been dispatached you will be emailed your online tacking number and will be able to keep up to date on its movement. For our larger items i.e Boats/Planes we will ship these to you via courier, For these orders a fixed address must be supplied as deliveries to PO Box addresses are not permitted. A tracking number will also be provided to you upon dispatch of your order.

International Shipping
We ship quickly!!. All items are shipped out the same day or next business day after payment is received. All items are shipped using the Standard Australia post service. To help keep your shipping inexpensive we offer insurance as an optional charge on all orders, Because very few packages are ever lost we leave it as an option to help keep your shipping cost low. Most packages will usually arrive within 1-5 days but in some cases will take up to 14 days depending on your location. Claims for lost packages cannot be made until 21 days have passed. By making this purchase from us you agree to allow 21 days for your package to be delivered. If insurance was purchased with this order we will accept responsibility for loss or damage of good(s) during transit. If you do not purchase insurance with this order you agree to accept all responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

If the item is found to be defective from the manufacturer we will send out the replacement part(s) needed for the repair, Or the buyer can return for repairs ( return postage cost to be at buyers expense). The buyer has 7 days from the date of invoice to contact us if the item is defective. We reserve the right to refuse any claim made after this time frame or additional charges (postage & handling) may apply. The user is required to carefully read the instruction manual provided and to follow those guidelines prior to starting the vechile. We accept no responsibility for crash damage or the improper installation of parts. The buyer has the obligation to prove the status of the item(s) as required by the seller. We will always endeavour to do our best and to work with the buyer to resolve any issue that may arise.
