How soon do you ship after my payment clears?
We normally ship within 24-48 business hours once your payment clears. Payment cleared after 2:00PM PST on Friday will normally be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. Our business hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday. We ship Mondays-Fridays except on major holidays and company holidays. Please always check our latest updates on Shipping Schedule before you bid.
How soon can I receive my package?
Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 2-10 business days after your payment is cleared. But it ultimately depends on the service of USPS or Fed ex. For on time deliveries, we strongly recommend Fedex 2-day, 3 day or overnight services. Extra charges will apply.
International: Air mail packages may take approx. 2 weeks or even longer. Some of the packages may be held at your country's Customs.
How do you combine shipping?
We offer DEEP discounts on combine shipping for both domestic and international shipments.
US Customers: You pay full shipping on item that carries the highest shipping cost, then pay ONLY $1 of shipping on each additional item. Further discount may be applied if you win over 10 listings. Combined shipping is only valid for items purchased within 7 days of the first item. All items to be combined must be on the same invoice AND paid through ONE Paypal transaction AND will be shipped out in 1 package. You cannot combine shipping with auctions that have already been checked out or paid, so please wait until you are completely done shopping before you checkout or sending us a total request. International Customers: Please use the chart below.
US customers can use ebay's check out when you are COMPLETELY done, it should automatically calculate your combined total. If you find any of the items missing from the invoice, or the total shipping isn't correct, please do send us a total request through ebay and we will be glad to email you a revised invoice.
International customers: If you win multiple listings, please send us a total request when you are ready for the final invoice. Please do not use the check out or total request until you are completely done.
Is insurance included in your total S&H ?
Yes, we insure all our packages at NO ADDITIONAL charge. International buyer, please note that we are unable to insure packages going to certain countries per our underwriter and you need to visit Store Policies for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that Merx2go is not responsible for any duties and/or tariffs due. Check with your local Customs to find out the duty.We reserve the right to reject any suspicious international orders, especially if your shipping address shows "unconfirmed" .
When will you leave me positive feedback?
We leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time.

Can I pick up my order?
Local pick up service is available by appointment only. Our office is located in San Jose (Brokaw & Bering, California 95131, close to Hwy 101 & 880. This is not a storefront so we can't accept walk-ins.
Can I return?
We do accept returns on all unused items within 7 days of your receiving the product. All returns must be accompanied with the original packaging with the original tag attached, and packing list. In all cases, the shipping charges are the customers responsibility. If you receive a defective item or we misrepresent the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right. Please obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you plan to send an item back for return, and we will issue your RMA # and give you instructions on how to proceed.
