Australia Wide Warranty (12 months)

All of our units are not only tested at the manufacturing plant and but are also tested at our dispatch centre to ensure your unit will function as it should. Our in car DVD navigation Systems come with this conditional 12 month warranty in the improbable event that you should encounter a problem with your in Car DVD navigation System hardware.
•
A full 12 month warranty is in effect from the original date of purchase when purchased from and installed by a professional. A 12 month limited warranty is applicable when the in car DVD navigation System is purchased from us but is not installed by any third party installer.
•
If you do experience a problem, your first point of contact should always be us. For all faulty items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail or e-Bay to arrange appropriate return method. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer, We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted.
•
You are responsible for delivering or shipping the product to us or one of our approved Service Agents and for the payment of any shipping charges to us or Service Agent, as well as the cost of removing and refitting the product.
•
This warranty covers new products purchased from us only. Pre-owned, ex-demonstration, products and accessories not originally supplied by us are excluded.
•
This warranty is offered to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers (For example, customer purchases car with unit pre installed).
•
The Warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials, including parts and labour needed to correct the problem.
•
Wea will at our option repair or replace the product with a new or reconditioned product with no charge to you. We will pay reasonable delivery costs to return your product to you.
•
If the product has been discontinued or is not available we will liaise with you and come to a mutual decision.
How do you obtain Warranty Service:
•
To return the faulty goods, you should test it on 12v power before sending it back as we will charge a $40 service charge and applicable postage fees.
If it is found that the damage was caused by incorrect installation, modification or wiring, we will not be responsible for repair or replacement. Every assistance will be provided to find a solution but it will be at the cost of the customer to an agreed value.
•
You must provide a thorough explanation of the problem and a list of connected components installed in your vehicle.
•
You must provide suitable proof of purchase for the product. This includes a copy of the original invoice showing purchase date, model and serial number.
This warranty does not cover the following:
•
Damage occurring during shipment to us or any Service agents. Damage during shipment is the responsibility of you or the carrier and insurance is highly recommended.
•
Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper connections, improper operation, or failure to follow the instructions contained in the owner's manual.
•
Damage caused by acts of hostility or terrorism.
•
Damage caused by Acts of God, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, storms or other acts of nature.
•
Service performed by an unauthorized person, business, organization or service agent.
•
Any product which has the serial number or warranty sticker removed, detached or defaced.
•
Any product which has been adjusted altered or modified without our consent.
•
Any product that has been subjected to an excessive amount of dust, or dirt or unreasonable environmental conditions.
•
Any consumables supplied with the product. (for example batteries)
•
Damaged caused to or by any third party accessories.
•
Damage caused by improper installation.
•
Damage caused by a fault in the vehicles electrical system.
•
Damage caused to your vehicle as a result of improper installation.
•
Misspelling, oversight of letters, or any other cosmetic difference in layout found in the in car DVD navigation System and its Data.
•
Wea do not and cannot warrant that the in car DVD navigation System operates error-free. Calculation errors may occur when using the in car DVD navigation System caused by changed road and environmental conditions, and/or incomplete Data.
•
We shall not be held responsible for loss of use or any form of consequential loss whatsoever.
•
We reserves the right, at our discretion, to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification our website.
