3. We use eparcel return for most of our return parcels , the customer will receive a eparcel return label in your mail
4. Just need to print out the label and bring the parcel together to your local post office , the parcel will be sent back on our cost.
5. The customer need to pay for the return postage if it is a no-seller mistake return , For example change of mind on your purchase
6. We will need to deduct the cost on us and refund the balance to you once return parcel is received .

1. 99% of orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received. your order will be sent by australia post, courier please  or tollipec.
2. The ebay invoice will be auto populated with the correct shipping costs to you when customer make the purcahse on "Freight - Read the item description or contact the seller for details" listing. Also the shipping cost can be found under the shipping calculator under display photo section. The shipping cost will be based on your postcode in the ebay profile .
3. The ebay shipping estimation is just a estimation. is not so reliable when your order is urgent.
4. Last minute buyer should alway be aware that the possible delay in delivery due to courier processing. Contact us to arrange local pickup if you are in victoria is a good solution if you are in hurry.
5. Our cutoff shipping time is 9am every day. For urgent order after 9am, please contact us on ebay message ,we will give your order a higher piority to be processed at the same day for you.
6. The tracking number wil be updated once parcel is dispatched,Your order usually takes 3-10 working days to arrive.
7. you can track the status of your parcel on courier company website. Courier company is in charge of the delivery , we are not responsible if the parcel is delayed .
8. Buyers have the full resposibility to provide us with correct full personal name/ company name, postal address and contact number. An new cost of postage will apply if the parcel is return back to sender because of the wrong address or unclaim from local post office / local depot .
9. We will contact customer if there is some confussion in your shipping detail. The confussion is not alway mistake just something unusual . we will wait for 3 working days from customer .we will ship out the order if we heard nothing from you.
