Installation

• We have qualified mechanics to do the installation for you, please let us know in advance to book you in. Installation cost $150 must be paid 2 workding days in advance to secure your booking.
• Due to Insurance liabilities and chance of possible personal injuries, customers are NOT allowed to do the installations in our premise.

· We deliver Australia wide; you are welcome to arrange your own couriers or pick up.

Saving on depot delivery

If you think the freight cost is high, you can choose to pick up the goods from the nearest available depots as following to save 25% of freight (no discount on insurance indemnity).

Please make sure your contact number and email address are current if you wish to take this option. A shipping label with detailed depot address will be sent to your email once delivery is booked; courier depot staff will contact you via phone to book pick up date and time after your item arrives.

For Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania customers, if the postage for depot pick up is still not good enough, please let us know. We will get quote from back up couriers who might provide more competitive rates.

BUSINESS POLICY, RETURN POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Aussie Auto Parts and Accessories makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days from the date the customer purchases the item. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, or to lack of maintenance.

We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. The purchaser of this item acknowledges that AUSSIE AUTO PARTS AND ACCESSORIES shall in no way be responsible or liable to purchaser or any other party for any use or misuse of this item.

The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser has not and does not rely on AUSSIE AUTO PARTS AND ACCESSORIES’s skill or judgment with regard to the selection of the goods as fit or suitable for any particular purpose. In shipping instances, if the purchaser does not opt for shipping insurance, item damage will not be covered.

To take advantage of this warranty the purchaser must notify AUSSIE AUTO PARTS AND ACCESSORIES of intent to return and the product or part must be returned to AUSSIE AUTO PARTS AND ACCESSORIES with transportation charges prepaid.

Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. Within this 30 day period the purchaser may also elect for a refund, not including shipping costs. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.

If the item is not returned in “new” condition with all packaging and accessories, it will have a minimum 15% refurbishing fee. Maximum will be accessed upon inspection of the item. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. AUSSIE AUTO PARTS AND ACCESSORIES reserves the right to forum any legal disputes in courts residing in the State of Victoria.

The foregoing warranty is expressly made in lieu and in place and stead of all other warranties express or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose and of any other liability or obligation. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to any goods or parts which have been subject to improper installation, accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse.
