Racing (Not Road Legal)
Slip on exhaust, Race style adjustable rear sets, Bodywork, Fairing, Handlebars, Clip Ons, Paint Job
1994 build complianced in Australia in 2004.
Good condition, runs great, gets used for the occasional track day, isn't getting used enough, so it's now time to sell to someone who will use it more.
Never actually raced, used only on ride days, mostly at Mcnamara Park and Winton raceway.
Race fairing painted in matt black.
Custom slip on exhaust (it's not a two brothers exhaust, it's just got a two bros decal on it, I could not say what brand it is).
Adjustable race rear sets, these make a huge difference to be able to make the bike suit your seating position.
Race fuel cap, no key needed.
Custom CNC machine triple clamp with inbuilt ignition switch.
Speedo is not connected, the cable was just too short since fitting the race fairing.
Tacho, temp and all lights (neutral, oil and side stand) work fine.
Fully adjustable RVF 400 upside down forks.
Rear shock could do with a re-gas.
CBR 929 front brakes, braking is very powerful on this bike.
CBR 600 front wheel.
Stainless braided lines front and rear.
Front and rear slicks.
Still has the standard sidestand, when on the track it gets tied up so it doesn't scrape, then I use a dirtbike style side stand in the pits.
Comes with Haynes manual.
Race jets for the carby, could not tell you if they are better or worse, I've never gotten around to fitting them.
Numerous spares including windshields, sprockets, rear sets, seats, fuel cap, heavy duty clutch, swing arm adjuster etc. (see photos).
Would you sell your spare riders seat separately? If so how much?
A: Hi speedracer136, sorry I'm not willing to separate, this is a package deal. Thanks for asking though. Darc
