Delivery

We pride ourselves on quick and efficient dispatch and shipping. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and they are sent to your allocated PayPal postal address. We are UK based so UK orders usually arrive between 4 to 7 working days and international orders usually arrive between 14 to 21 working days. If your item does not arrive after this time please contact us and we will gladly send a replacement out to you. We do have a download service that you can used while you wait for delivery. Please contact us and we will gladly help.

Please note that once an item is sent we have no control over the delivery. We always dispatch items quickly but occasionally they do go missing and it is no fault of our own. Please consider this when contacting us. We always send replacements and will do our best to resolve this for you.

Will I receive a boxed product as shown in the picture?

trainingskillsdirect: The box image is for illustration only. You will receive your Brand New DVD-ROM in a protective mailer. All of our products are produced to a high standard. If you have already received your item and you are not happy about this please contact us via eBay messages or use the 'ask a question' link below and we will gladly help you.


Will I receive this bundle on a single DVD-ROM or on separate discs for each course?

trainingskillsdirect: All the training courses in this bundle have been compiled onto a single DVD-ROM disc. You will receive all the courses on the same DVD-ROM.


Will I receive a book or printed manual with my DVD-ROM?

trainingskillsdirect: You will not receive a physical book or printed manual with your DVD-ROM. All manuals if available are included digitally in PDF format on the DVD-ROM. You will receive a DVD-ROM in protective sleeve and mailer only.


What education or skill level are your training courses?

trainingskillsdirect: This training course DVD-ROM is suitable for all adult learning. The course is written is such a way that it is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. This means that everyone with an interest in this subject will find the training course useful.


Do you offer customer support?

trainingskillsdirect: Yes we offer full customer support for all our products. Please contact us via eBay messages using the ‘ask a question’ link below. We usually respond to all e-mails within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you do not receive a response after this time please resend your message. Occasionally messages are not always received first time.


What is the condition of your item? Will I receive a sealed product?

trainingskillsdirect: All of our products are Brand New. They are shipped in protective mailer and produced to a high standard. These mailers are then sealed and shipped out. The actual DVD-ROM is not sealed but they are Brand New and have never been used.


Do you offer postage or shipping discounts?

trainingskillsdirect: Shipping and postage is free to all UK customers so this does not apply. For our international customers outside the UK we can offer discounts so please contact us after you have ordered and we will send you a combined invoice.


Do you have refund policy?

trainingskillsdirect: Yes we have a full 14 day refund policy from when you receive your item. You are required to pay for the cost of returning the item. It is important that you contact our store via eBay messages using the ‘ask a question’ link below. You need to contact us before returning the item so that we can process your refund through eBay. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive after 7 days in the UK and 21 days internationally please contact us and we will gladly send a replacement out to you.


My item is not working correctly. What should I do?

trainingskillsdirect: In the unlikely event that your DVD-ROM arrives damaged or is not working correctly please contact us via eBay messages using the ‘ask a question’ link below. Please make sure you install the version of Adobe Reader that is provided on the DVD-ROM. This will usually solve any issues with opening the training course. I am unhappy with my item. What should I do?

Are your products available as a download?

trainingskillsdirect: Yes we have a download service. Please contact us via eBay messages for this service. We can send you a download of your product while you are waiting for your DVD-ROM to arrive. This is useful for our international buyers who live far way from the United Kingdom.


My item has not arrived yet. What should I do?

trainingskillsdirect: UK orders should not take any longer than 7 days. Orders from outside the UK may take up to 14 to 21 working days. If your item has not arrived after this time please contact us and we will arrange to send you a replacement. If you need your item quickly please contact us and we can send you a download to use while you wait for delivery.


Will this DVD-ROM disc play on a standard DVD player?

trainingskillsdirect: This disc is designed to be used on a Windows computer. The disc will not load or play on a standard DVD player that you use with a television. The course is designed for use on a computer only.


My DVD-ROM is showing as blank. What should I do?

trainingskillsdirect: All of our discs are electronically verified so they are unlikely to be blank. Windows based computers CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drivers over time and usage can become corrupted or out of date. This can cause discs to show as blank even if they are not. Please make sure you download the latest drivers for your disc drive or use the fixes that Windows offer at their website. Please also try reinserting the disc a few times until the DVD runs correctly. Please contact for help and support and we will gladly help you with this issue. We also have alternative ways to deliver the training course to you. We offer full customer support so please contact use before leaving feedback so that we can help you.


Will this DVD-ROM run correctly in my country?

trainingskillsdirect: This DVD-ROM is designed to run on all computers with Windows Worldwide.


Is this DVD-ROM compatible with Windows 7?

trainingskillsdirect: Yes all of the items in our store are compatible with Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.


Is this DVD-ROM compatible with Mac OS X?

trainingskillsdirect: All of our training courses are available for Windows only. You will not be able to run this training course on Mac OS X.


Is this DVD-ROM compatible with 64bit Windows?

trainingskillsdirect: Yes this training course is compatible with both 32bit and 64bit Windows.
