Fantastic for keeping our double brick home dry in winter. I'm always impressed with how much water accumulates in the tank after 4 hours running on low setting. I chose this model because it was rated as a couple of decibels quieter than the 632 model, and can confirm that when running on low it is very very quiet, but still really effective. I probably wouldn't run it on high in a bedroom when trying to sleep, but could if needed. Dampness has significantly reduced in the few weeks we've had it, and condensation on windows has practically all disappeared. I'm now back drying laundry indoors without the worry of dampness and mould forming.

This device is useful to extract moisture from air where humidity is high. Noise and running costs are low. Output air temperature is not cooled so it is not ideal for those days where the weather is like Singapore. But for the other 98% of the year this device is a good way to improve air quality and avoid damage from his moisture. People with wooden musical instruments such as pianos and guitars need this technology.

Really needed a dehumidifier. Works well. Love using it but it is a bit noisy. Wish the machine would tell us the actual humidity level of the area, so can see how effective it is. Easy to move around with carry handle.

Even though it is quiet and not an intrusive noise I would prefer to sleep without the fan noise so I run it through the day and rely on the auto shutdown when the water container is full which takes about 14 hours. It's a large room and it seems to be the best solution for the wet season mould.
