We would ask you to double check any engraving details you submit to us for spelling and typing errors as personalised products because they are made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Just as it is our responsibility that you receive your product, it is also your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return back, so we would suggest sending it back to us recorded delivery post.
