AS-IS, No Warranty: When an item is stated as being AS-IS, the condition of the item is either unknown or has known issues (as stated in the description) and does NOT carry any warranty and NO returns will be accepted for this item.

14-Day Right-of-Return: You have fourteen (14) days to contact us for a replacement or refund. We can not warranty compatibility with your equipment, or warranty items that have been installed in your computer and/or altered once they have left our warehouse. We maintain the right to use our descretion when choosing between a replacement or refund.

30-day Warranty: When an item carries a 30-day warranty, you have 30-days to contact us for a replacement or refund for a defective product. We can not warranty compatibility with your equipment or warranty items that have been altered once they have left our warehouse.

RETURNS:

NOTE: Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Defective/DOA: We accept returns for Defective/DOA items within 14 days of receipt by the customer. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will, at our discretion, refund or replace the item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Right-of-Return: If you purchase an item, and decide within 14 days, that you no longer wish to keep it, we will accept it back for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. This includes items that end up not being compatible or are simply the wrong part. You are responsible to determine compatibility before you purchase. For Right-of-Returns, items are expected to be in the same condition they were in when they left our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Free Shipping Returns: If you purchase an item with free shipping, and it is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we incurred will be deducted from the total refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

SHIPPING:

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping rates are calculated based on an estimation of the items packed weight. We will always make our best effort to adjust this rate once we know where the item is being shipped, and your invoice will reflect this. If for any reason you feel that the rates are higher than they should be, please feel free to contact us, and we would be more than happy to re-assess the charges. Additionally, if you purchase several items, eBay's combined shipping calculator rarely produces an accurate estimation of combined shipping weight, so please contact us and we will make any necessary corrections.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

All items will be securely packaged or palletized. Most items will be shipped within 1 business day. For items that require freight shipping, please allow up to 3 days for an invoice. All tracking information will be forwarded to the email address associated with your PayPal or eBay account.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• A contact name, phone number and company name are required for shipping purposes; items may not ship unless this is provided.
• In the event that the bidder/buyer would like to handle the shipping arrangements, please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS account number.
• Please Note: There will be a $4 pick-up fee charged for FedEx shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Please allow a 24 hour response time due to time difference.
