Textile Products ::
Can be washed with lukewarm water. Take off protectors and reinforcements before washing.

Rain Range ::
Handwash with lukewarm water, do not immerse.

Leather Products ::
Leather is a living fabric, made imputrescible, it contains a lot of water and needs a regular care.
A sponge cleaning is enough if the jacket is soiled.
Let dry at room temperature if wet.
A regular application of Leather wax/grease will help you nourish it properly.

Shipping:

1. Freight discount available for combined purchases.

2. Pick up is available from our Parramatta Store and City Store.

3. As part of our normal service we usually ship stock items the same day that funds are received – but please allow up to seven days for shipment as occasionally shipments are held up for reasons beyond of our control. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

We using Fastway, Couriers Please and Australia Post to send out parcels, will send you a tracking number once we send out your parcel.

4. For high value orders we may require verification of address before we ship. This is done to protect the interests of both you and us.

5. We reserve the right to use an alternative arrangement in the event that courier does not cover your area.

Return policy: No Returns and Refund on already Reduced Price products.

For all faulty items please us by e-mail. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items, the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.(In 7 Days)
