All shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Any returns must be shipped back to us at the buyers cost.
If you have selected incorrectly or wish to cancel your order you must:
Contact us as soon as possible. You are required to return the goods at your cost. Once we have received the goods in resalable condition, unused, unfitted and in its original packaging we will issue you a refund for the value of the goods. A handling charge of 10% may apply for damaged packaging. It is up to the buyer to ensure they have selected the correct goods.
If the goods are not as described or you have received an incorrect item you must:
Contact us immediately. We will either replace the item/s or refund you the value of the original order once the parts are returned. You are required to return the goods at your cost. When contacting us please let us know the part number of the items received. For a refund or replacement the item must be unused, unfitted and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item you purchased please contact us immediately. Unless otherwise specified most of our items are covered by a 12month / 20,000km manufactures warranty. A replacement or refund for the value of the item can only be processed once the manufacturer provides approval. You may be required to return the item prepaid via a register courier.
