SHIPPING & INSURANCE INFORMATION:

We offer Worldwide Airmail Shipping or International Registered Post. All of our shipping requires signed delivery.

 

Total Worldwide Shipping costs are $25 including Insurance. Subject to change

 

Any Import duties, charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs  to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges and any additional costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Item will be shipped out immediately after your payment is cleared. Most items will be shipped through the postal service via Airmail or Registered post.  In some cases the postal service will not ship swords to and from certain countries, in this case we will ship by other international carries such as EG Fedex ,UPS or if you have a preferred carrier we may be able to use them if they are located in our vicinity.  We will combine shipping on most items, apart from larger items, fragile items etc.  These items may incur extra charges.  Nihonto Australia is fully insured for worldwide shipping, if you choose not to take insurance, we cannot be held responsible, for loss,damage or any other problems which may occur. We recommend insurance for all items at all times.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

 

Please check your item as soon as you receive it, if there is a problem you must notify us immediately, we can accept returns for refund after 2 days after receipt of your item. The shipping cost and the eBay listing & final value fee will not be refundable . Also 20% of the final value is necessary to return goods in all cases. Item must be returned in the original condition in which it was shipped to you.
