All items listed as new will be brand new and unused in their original packaging most new items will be covered by the relevant manufacturers warranty, this will be advised in the listing content. All items listed as used are sold 'as is' and 'where is' we may offer a store warranty period this will be advised on the relevant listing.
Please contact us to discuss if you have any issues, returns are at our sole discretion. A return authorisation number must be issued in order to obtain an exchange. We endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise, we are reasonable people and want a fair outcome for all parties.
Products must be returned in new original condition to qualify for full value refund or exchange except where goods are deemed faulty or not fit for purpose. We will asses the condition of all returns and apply the relevant charges where goods have been used or broken.
We may choose to offer an exchange or refund, this will be at our sole descretion. All refunds will be less postage charges as we cannot recover the cost of delivery.
