Our Trading Policy 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If not 100% happy with this product, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, providing the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Buyer must pay the cost of returning item.

Faulty Goods:

If the product is faulty, we will either replace it or offer a full refund. We may ask you to return the faulty product before it is replaced or refunded – we will reimburse any P&P costs.

Items lost in the post: 

We have a strict policy for dealing with items claimed to be lost in the post.

If an item does not arrive within 5 working days of being despatched, please contact your local sorting office as they may have it. Please note that occasionally items do get delayed and can sometimes take over a week to arrive. We ask you to be patient, as 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service.

The Royal Mail state that an item can not be reported officially lost until 15 working days from the date of despatch.

If you make a genuine claim, you will be fully refunded or a replacement product sent, providing you follow our procedure: 

1) If your goods do not arrive within 5 working days of despatch, you must contact your local sorting office as they may have it. 
2) If they do not, please e-mail us the details at funkjuicer@hotmail.com , you must wait 15 working days before a claim can be processed. This is because some items do get delayed in the post, especially at Xmas, so it may still arrive. 
3) After 15 working days we will process the insurance claim. 
4) The insurance claim can only be processed with your confirmation that goods have not arrived. The Royal Mail may contact you to confirm that the goods have not arrived. 
5) ANY FALSE CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND WE WILL PROSECUTE AS THIS IS THEFT AND IS AKIN TO SHOPLIFTING.
6) When the Royal Mail has received your confirmation and informed us, we will issue you with a full refund. Please note: If you fail to confirm with the Royal Mail that your item has not been delivered, we will not issue a refund.
