Whilst the internet is great to shop around and get a bargain, many of us don't want to spend hours searching website after website for the lowest price. For this reason, you can shop with confidence at Lifestyle Lane. Every day we check our competitors' prices to ensure we offer you the lowest price. If you find an identical item cheaper in store or online,we will ALWAYS match our competitors price and in most cases beat it!. But it gets even better, if you find a lower price up to 7 days after purchase, let us know and we will refund the difference
The Lifestyle Lane lowest price guarantee is subject to the following terms:
1) To be eligible for the Lifestyle Lane lowest price guarantee, you must provide on the date of your purchase, or within seven (7) days after the date of purchase, evidence of any genuine competitor's advertised price for identical product (ie, same brand, colour, model and quality) as advertised in a local daily newspaper, catalogue, radio, television advert or website. The competitor must have, or had the identical product in stock at the time the product was purchased by you. If our competitor is an online retailer, we will beat the total to door price. That is, the price plus any shipping costs our competitor may charge
2) If your claim qualifies for the Lifestyle Lane lowest price guarantee, Lifestyle Lane will refund you at minimum the price difference between our purchase price and our competitors' price
3) The Lifestyle Lane Lowest Price Guarantee will not be apply where:
(a) There competitor is not an Australian registered business and does not have a presence in Australia. These competitors are not bound by Australia Consumer Regulations and provide no protection to you, the consumer hence we do not classify these sellers as genuine competitors
(b) The lowest price is not offered to the general public
(c) The lower price has been discounted by the competitor by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost
(d) The lower price has been discounted by the competitor on the basis that the product is a display stock only, end of line, seconds, refurbished/repaired lines, ex demo, limited quantity, clearance, trade or factory seconds, second hand or similar
(e) The lower price is the result of an error by the competitor
(f) The lower price is offered for a bulk purchase
(g) We are unable to verify the competitor's price
(h) Whereby Lifestyle Lane has offered a free gift or promotional product included in the product purchase. In this case, the value of the free gift of promotion product will be deducted from the Lifestyle Lane price for comparison purposes
4) The Lowest Price Guarantee may be terminated or amended at any time without notice
5) The Lowest Price Guarantee is only available to you on the date of purchase or during the period seven (7) days after your date of purchase

Shipping - General
Please note - Due to Australia Post restricting other services delivering to PO Boxes, we require a physical address whether that be a work or home address to deliver your item. If you provide a PO Box, we will email you to request a physical address.
Please ensure the address provided will have someone to receive the parcel between 9am - 5pm. Pending which service we use, a reminder will be SMS'ed to you advising on when you can expect your parcel.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, we as the seller will incur a re-delivery fee. For us to keep our prices low, please consider this and provide an address where someone is available between 9am - 5pm weekdays.
All orders will be packed and sent either the same or next business day. While we use only the fastest and most reputable couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For Melbourne customers, you are welcome to pick up the item from our shop located at 676 Centre Road Bentleigh East 3165 VICTORIA. Why are your prices so cheap?
Because we can!! We are a family run business and buy in bulk allowing us to control our costs which means we can pass on the savings to you! We also import a number of our products direct from overseas essentially cutting out the middle man. If, in the unlikely event, you do find a product cheaper from a competitor, you will be entitled to our very generous lowest price guarantee policy.
Why don't you list all your brands and products on eBay?
Because we have many suppliers both in Australia and overseas whereby each supplier has different rules about the sales channels that can be used to promote their product. Unfortunately, many view eBay as a channel which damages their brand reputation. Because we respect both our customers and suppliers, we gladly comply with the requests of our suppliers

Do you ship all your products or are they shipped from a 3rd party?
Unlike many websites popping up these days, all our stock is held in our Melbourne store, checked and tested prior to sending to customers. A number of competitors now have products sent from either a 3rd party warehouse or supplier. Not only does this delay shipping times, it also reduces quality control and increases the chance of an incorrect or faulty product being delivered.
What happens if we don't like our purchase or receive a damaged or faulty product?

I found an item that I love but I can't find it on your website. Can you get it for me?
Yes. In most cases we will be able to source any home decor or kitchenware product for you. Although we have a huge range of products, it would be impossible to stock everything that customers want. We do however have contacts all over the world and will gladly attempt to source any item you may be after.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! We get many requests to have items shipped abroad. If you would like to send a gift overseas, please contact us and we will gladly provide a very competitive shipping quote.
