Consequences of a withdrawal

This does not apply if the worsening of goods is caused by a verification as it is possible to verify goods in a retail shop. You can prevent liability for damages by

Goods have to be send back to us. You have to pay the costs of the reshipment.
Reshipments have always to be send as recorded delivery 'carriage and insurance paid'. Parcels sent as 'carriage forward' won't be accepted.
