We accept the following types of payment
methods:
PayPal is our preferred method of payment
as this gives you protection, by allowing you to shop securely online without
giving out your financial details. It is also, in most cases (excluding
e-cheque), a form of instant payment so it will allow us to post your items
within 24-48 hours of payment.
Shipping
Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of
payment being received. We can also offer Express postage if you require your
item quicker than our outlined postage times. Please contact us and we will
gladly assist you.
We ship via Australia Post and we can
deliver to your choice of address including workplaces and PO Boxes. Please
ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Delivery time will
vary depending on your location and should be no more than 2-7 working days within
Australia.
Please be aware that Australia Post does not deliver on weekends and public
holidays.
The majority of our parcels are shipped
via Receipted delivery which supplies us with tracking and a signature on
receipt of your parcel. Please note that Receipted Delivery parcels will not be
left if there is nobody home at the time of delivery. A card should be left in
your mailbox and pickup will need to be arranged from your local post office.
You can also track the status of your item by clicking on the tracking number
supplied in your order details, once your item has been shipped, this will take
you directly to the Australia Post website were the details will be available.
Please note that sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for details to appear.
Terms of Sale
You may
return unworn and unused items within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for an
exchange of any item from our store. The buyer, however, must be prepared to
pay any return postage costs for the exchange, to and from their address. The best
method is to include a self addressed prepaid satchel with a note outlining
your requested exchange. Please contact us prior to sending back an item
for an exchange, as we want to guarantee your item is in stock and can be put
aside for you.
We will also
offer an exchange or full refund if your item is faulty, if sent back within 7
days of receiving your purchase. Seller pays postage for faulty items.
