OUR ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC therefore returns apply for products which have been damaged during transit (eg smashed or leaked), lost, faulty (eg wont spray or leaking) or incorrect item received.
The buyer must contact us within 4 calendar days of delivery & email photos of postage packaging conditions, product packaging and product. If a buyer does not provide these photos it indicates the buyer does not wish to proceed with the return, no exceptions. A buyer may be required to verify information as requested by us.
RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE:-
• Changed of mind (including not fully reading or understanding the listing)
• Ordered the wrong item (including but not limited to wrong size, type, version or product).
• Found cheaper elsewhere
• Previous disclosed fault/flaw or any other description pertaining to item
• Damage caused by misuse
• Courier delivery delay
• Personal preferences including but not limited to scent smell, updated formula & performance on skin.
• Packaging updates, international packaging, code deactivation, when factory supplies unboxed or unsealed.
• If opened (unless product is faulty)
RETURN PROCEDURE
1) Contact us within 4 calendar days of delivery & email photos of the postal packaging, product & product packaging ensuring the reason for the return can be confirmed in the photos.
2) Return Approval Number (if applicable) will be advised 2 business day after photos received.
3) The product & all packaging must be returned & received by us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
4) Unless product is faulty or damaged in transit, it must be returned unopened & resale condition.
5) The buyer pays cost of returning the product unless we have sent incorrect item.
6) Returns are processed within 3 business days of the product being received & return reason confirmed by us.
7) Replacements products (subject to stock levels) are dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of original product by us.
NB: A return/replacement will not be processed if the original product is not returned, no exceptions.
Refunds are paid to the buyers original payment account & exclude postage costs. If payment was made from a bank account the buyer must provide bank details.
RETURNS WONT BE PORCESSED IF:-
1) Original product isn't returned or lost in transit during on return.
2) If the return is not received by us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
3) The return reason cannot be verified.
4) If the product is returned without our approval.
5) Using feedback to blackmail or threaten.
** It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned safely therefore all returns must be returned using a traceable mail/courier service.
REFUND DEDUCTABLES
A 15% deduction applies if product opened, returned missing/damaged packaging
NB: Faulty products must be returned with all packaging.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED – the original product received must be returned unopened within 48hrs of delivery & in perfect resale condition. The replacement product will be dispatched (subject to stock levels) when the original product is received by us. If the buyer doesn’t return the product we assume the buyer is wants to keep the product received.
If the incorrect item has been received we'll pay the postage cost of returning the original parcel when returned the product in the original parcel box with our tracking number & packing materials re-used. But if the buyer has disposed of the original parcel post box & tracking details they will have to post incorrect item back at their cost.

All our products are AUTHENTIC & FRESH therefore if the reason for a return is below refer to link prior to emailing us:-
• Packaging is different than expected or previously
• I can't smell the fragrance after a few minutes
• It smells different to what I remember, then on someone else or I was expecting
• I think my perfume is stale
• My fragrance won’t spray.
• The barcode on the box/bottle has been cut, scratched, removed or made inactive.
• The box doesn’t have plastic or it does have a box.

Every care is taken to display accurate images, their colours & details of products. An omission is never intentional. Computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that buyers monitor's display of colour will be completely accurate.
